저희는 1/N 정산이 아니라 고정 관리비를 기본으로 운영하고 있습니다. / We operate with a fixed maintenance fee, not a strict 1/N split.
따라서 봄/가을에도 전기·가스 사용량이 과도하면, 전체 평균이 올라 관리비 상승 요인이 될 수 있습니다. / High usage even in mild seasons can increase the average and may raise the fee.
1) 적정 실내 온도 / Recommended temperature
여름철 적정 실내 온도는 24–25°C입니다. / Recommended indoor temp in summer is 24–25°C.
너무 낮게(예: 20°C 이하) 설정해도 체감 개선은 크지 않고 전기 사용만 늘 수 있습니다. / Setting it too low (e.g., below 20°C) often increases power usage without much benefit.
2) 효율적인 사용 / Efficient use

가능하면 사용 후 송풍으로 말리기를 해주세요. / After use, run fan mode to dry it.
6) 스탠드형 에어컨 / Standing AC

거실 스탠드형 에어컨은 구조가 복잡해, 필요 시 운영진이 업체 청소를 진행합니다. / Standing AC in living rooms may be handled by the team due to complexity.
