쉐어하우스는 타인과 함께 생활하는 공간입니다. / Share house is shared living.

서로 배려와 이해가 필요합니다. / Please be considerate and respectful.

공동생활에 비협조적이거나 규칙을 반복적으로 위반하면 경고 또는 퇴실 조치가 있을 수 있습니다. / Repeated violations may result in a warning or move-out action.

쉐어하우스는 다양한 사람이 함께 지내는 공간이라 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다. / Living together may come with some inconvenience.

하지만 타인에게 불편을 주는 행동은 피해주세요. / Please avoid behavior that bothers others.

쉐어하우스 필수 규칙 / Must-follow rules

•

밤 10–11시 이후 공용공간 사용 시 소음 최소화 (세탁기/건조기/취사/통화 등) / After 10–11pm, keep noise low (laundry, cooking, calls, etc.)

•

밤늦게/새벽에 반복적으로 귀가하며 소음을 만드는 경우 거주가 어렵습니다 / If you frequently come home late at night and cause noise, you may not be able to stay

•

실내 흡연 절대 금지 (실외 흡연 후에도 냄새 제거 후 입실) / No indoor smoking (remove smoke smell before entering)

•

당번청소 인증샷 제도 지키기 / Follow the duty cleaning photo proof rule

•

모든 뒷처리는 바로바로 (샤워실 머리카락, 싱크대 음식물 등) / Clean up immediately (hair, food scraps, etc.)

•

남의 물건을 먹거나 훔친 경우: 즉각 퇴실 + 형사 조치 / Taking others’ items: immediate move-out + legal action

•

특별한 사유가 없으면 친구/가족 초대는 불가 / No guests (friends/family) unless there is a special reason

다른 사람이 뒷정리를 하지 않은 흔적을 발견하면, 바로 단톡에 공유해주세요. / If you notice someone didn’t clean up, post it in the group chat.

서로 경각심이 생겨야 같은 일이 반복되지 않습니다. / This helps prevent repeated issues.

서로에게 “이래라 저래라” 같은 기분 나쁜 말투는 피해주세요. / Please avoid rude or aggressive wording.

문자는 감정이 전달되기 어려워 상처가 될 수 있습니다. / Text can be misunderstood and hurtful.
